With over 9 years of experience in the laser and skin industry, Alessandra has built a strong reputation for excellence and ethical care. In early 2016, she founded Laser Skin Centre, driven by her passion for the cosmetic industry and her vision to create a trusted and respected brand.
Over the years, Alessandra successfully operated her clinic in Varsity Lakes, working alongside renowned cosmetic doctors. After nearly a decade of achievements, she sold the commercial property to focus on residential projects, including property investments and renovations—another passion of hers.
Today, Alessandra is proud to work within the prestigious Gold Coast Plastic Surgery practice, led by Dr. Mark Doyle and his dedicated team. This opportunity reflects her unwavering commitment to delivering honest, ethical, and top-tier care to her clients—a standard she has maintained throughout her career and under the Laser Skin Centre brand.
Mentoring

Now focusing on mentoring and education, Alessandra remains hands-on with her loyal clients, attending the clinic 1-2 days per week. She has shifted her efforts toward ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient care within the laser and skin industry.
As a trusted expert, Alessandra collaborates closely with laser therapists and companies, providing practical training and certifications to align with QLD Health and Radiation laws.
Her mission is to empower new professionals and laser operators to deliver safe, effective treatments with confidence and expertise.

After completing her Division 2 Endorsed Enrolled Nursing Diploma through Kings International College and earning her Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing from Gray Clay in Southport, Alessandra embarked on her entrepreneurial journey at just 25 years old.
With a clear vision and unwavering determination, she established Laser Skin Centre, setting the foundation for what would become a highly respected name in the industry.
Alessandra made waves as the first non-doctor-owned or -led clinic to invest in the groundbreaking Picosure laser, a device that, at the time, had only been adopted by three doctors in the country and had a price tag of over $300,000.00. Her foresight and willingness to embrace innovation set her apart from the start.
It’s worth noting that back in 2016, platforms like Instagram were still in their infancy as business tools. There was no roadmap, no easy way to monitor competitors, and no template for success—just a strong vision and the drive to make it a reality.
Now, with nearly a decade of experience in acquiring advanced devices, working alongside contracted doctors, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional patient care, Alessandra is ready to share her knowledge and insights.
